A lot of car owners hold off on adding an amplifier because they worry the stock electrical system cannot handle it. In most cases, that fear is bigger than the actual problem. Here is a look at two common 2024 vehicles and what a 1,000 watt amplifier actually asks of them during normal music playback.

The takeaway
